My advice for new clients is to get used to the pain LOL - it takes a while before it gets better. I feel so much better after 2 weeks there - getting through the tough times in the beginning was hard - I felt like I was gonna get sick but I took vitamins and I was OK. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself in my whole life. Boot camps are hard especially the first week, but then you kind of fall into a groover where you expect it and look forward to it when you have your friends there to laugh with. My advice also is to listen to your body and rest when you need to and adjust your schedule. Sometimes you need to rest to recover for the next training session so it can be productive.

I would have to agree with nancy, or just tell arleigh to go ahead and follow her foot steps that really made it much easier for me

I have to disagree with not looking up. If you don't look up, you won't see the hot guy with no shirt and a great tan, that totally got me up that hill!
10 times!
OK that said, try to step in someones footsteps, it seems to be firmer and you don't slide back as much.

Hello new clients my advice is that while your going up the dunes which is very hard by the way (just kidding) is that what ever you do don´t look up believe me is easier if you just stare at your feet. I hope this helps you because it really helped me.

My advice would be not to bring your golf clubs, or dress clothes, or 16 pairs of shoes you'll never wear!
